The complex contains three types of villas.Type A, where the villas are semi-detached houses, about 110 sq. m. and have two levels. On the ground floor they comprise of an open plan kitchen with dining area, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor there is a large veranda with wooden pergola and on the first floor two verandas with unique views.
Type B, where the villas semi-detached houses, about 125 sq. m. and have two levels. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining area and bar, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom and a WC. The first floor comprises of two bedrooms and a bathroom. And type C, where the villas are semi-detached houses, about 145 sq. m. and have two levels. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining area and bar, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Also, on the ground floor there is a veranda with wooden pergola, which leads out to the private swimming pool. And on the first floor there are two verandas with unique sea views.Every villa has its own garden plot and private parking.
All villas are built amphitheatrically with the best possible orientation to maximize autonomy and the panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and mount Olympus. They are built to resemble the traditional style of Halkidiki using natural materials.
Moreover, the complex contains communal gardens and swimming pools, tennis, football, volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds, which all of them are maintained daily.
