A luxury villa with swimming pool
An interior designed villa located in the area of Halkidiki.
It is a two storey villa and has a total area of 130 sq. m. It is build using traditional materials like stone, timber etc.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining area and bar, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a veranda which leads out to the private swimming pool and the patio. The first floor comprises of two bedrooms with one bathroom and a balcony with forest and sea views.
The villa has their own garden plot of up to 400 sq.m with swimming pool and private parking.Moreover, it has access to a private beach.
The villa has very nice panoramic views of the Aegean sea and mount Olympus, and has access to communal gardens and swimming pools, which are maintained daily. There are tennis, football, volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds scattered in the beautiful gardens. About Halkidiki
Halkidiki is a Greek peninsula, located in the North Greece, near the city of Thessaloniki. It has three peninsulas, Cassandra, Sithonia and Mt. Athos.
Halkidiki is an area that combines everything, sunny, golden sandy beaches, deep and picturesque gulfs, traditional villages and modern tourist resorts, small islands and sheltered bays, pine-clad hills descending to the sea, Mediterranean climate and magnificent natural beauty.
Besides the beautiful beaches there are also a lot of archeological treasures and historical monuments.
Either you prefer to visit or stay in Sithonia, or in Cassandra the result will not fail to please you. Both peninsulas have tourist facilities and properties, built in the traditional Macedonian style, designed to enhanced and rather than detract from the environment. The third peninsula, Mt. Athos, is a monastic state, a shelter of Byzantine monasteries.

After a long discussion with many local real estate agents and collecting data from different property markets in Greece, we made the following observation considering also the high prices of the oil:
If you want to buy a house in Greece then YOU NEED TO SEARCH! YOU NEED TO SEE THE PLACES!
You need to do that even if you want to work as a real estate agent. Till now looks that the individual constructors or individual sellers mainly of traditional houses, they will be able to keep the house prices around the same levels. But this is not the case for big construction companies that of course need to get the maximum payoff from their investments. But on the other hand, big construction companies offer different property products with different services than the individual sell. At the most of times when you buy a traditional house you will need to re-innovate. Therefore the price that you paid does not match exactly with the work that you will need later for developing your house.
Therefore what sort of house to buy and especially in Greece depends mostly on your needs. And as a final conclusion, fell free to ask and especially your real estate agent. The agent should your guide-your friend that does his best for you. Do not forget that.

Start Posting-Halkidiki Properties
